United have acquired New England’s second round pick (33rd overall) in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft and their natural third and fourth round picks in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft in exchange for the Black-and-Red's natural second round pick in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft.
Following that initial trade, United acquired a soon-to-be-announced player from the Houston Dynamo in exchange for their second round pick (33rd overall) in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft that they acquired from New England.
Rounds three and four of the SuperDraft will be held via a conference call on Monday, Jan. 14 at 1 PM ET. United have their natural 62nd and 72nd overall picks in the third round and no selections in the fourth round.
