D.C. United will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank, ahead of the Black-and-Red’s home match against New York City FC on Friday night, Oct. 2. Non-perishable food donations will be accepted at the D.C. United Drives booth located at Gate A beginning at 6:00 p.m. and closing 15 minutes into the first half.
Any fan that donates a canned food item will receive a “Buy One, Get One Free” ticket voucher good for the final 2015 regular season home game on October 18. Donations are also accepted in the D.C. United offices on non-game days, located on the fourth floor of RFK Stadium via Gate A.
