D.C. United today announced that it has rescheduled the open training session that was postponed earlier this month due to inclement weather. Players and coaching staff will practice Monday, April 28, at Cardozo Education Campus in Northwest Washington, D.C., from 3:30-5:30 p.m. EST. Admission is free to the general public.
At the conclusion of training, players will be available for an autograph session where fans are encouraged to bring memorabilia for players to sign. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to enter to win D.C. United autographed merchandise and tickets.
“We are excited to have a second chance for an opportunity for fans to see our players up close in a practice environment,” said Victor Melara, D.C. United Director of Community Relations. “Our players are deeply proud of the community they represent, and we are proud of a relationship that is unlike any other in sports.”
