NEW for 2025: The purpose of the Exchange Platform is to offer our dedicated Season Ticket Members flexibility throughout the season. The ability to plan in advance to customize your membership when you have major plans such as vacations or visiting friends and family remains very important to us. Next season, we’ll be introducing new concepts related to the Exchange Platform.
More Savings on Additional Seats or Upgrades: NEW for 2025 is a more affordable way to purchase additional tickets. Rather than a small discount on single-match pricing that is subject to price changes, members will see an increased discount rate for all additional tickets and upgrades. This discount will not be affected by potential single match price increases.
Flash Sales: NEW for 2025 will be multiple opportunities to use your credit on discounted seats for a limited time. Expect these to take place during the first half of the season!
Adjusted Exchange Deadline: The new deadline to return tickets for Account Credit is 9 days before the match. Please allow more time next season to review your schedule and make your ticket returns in a timely manner.
For your convenience, all season tickets will automatically renew for the 2025 MLS season! This means that no action is required to secure your seats for the 2025 season. If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, you must complete the official opt-out form prior to the opt-out deadline in order to officially cancel your 2025 Season Ticket Membership. If you fail to submit the form prior to the deadline, your season tickets will automatically renew and continue for the 2025 season.
To ensure a seamless transition to the 2025 season, your Member Services Representative will contact you to communicate the timing of the 14-day window, verify your account and payment information, and share updates pertaining to the renewal process.
If you have thoughts of reducing the number of tickets on your account, it is important to communicate this with your representative at this time as you will not have the opportunity to do so during the relocation period. If you are interested in relocating your current seats you will have this opportunity after your membership is renewed.
Any changes to your season ticket account must be communicated during the renewal period.
Per club policy, your membership cannot be canceled if you fail to request a cancellation prior to the opt-out deadline and all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions will be accepted.
