United have mutually terminated the contract of defender and Canadian National Team player Maxim Tissot. Tissot, 25, started one match for the Black-and-Red, playing all 90 minutes on April 22 in the 2-2 draw against New England.

United signed the Montreal Impact Homegrown Player on Feb. 24, 2017, following a successful preseason trial.
Tissot previously made 44 MLS appearances (22 starts) with the Montreal Impact from 2013 to 2016 and scored five goals.
