United play their final match of the first preseason camp Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 4 PM against Jönköpings Sodra IF, a Swedish side playing in the Allsvenskan, the top tier of Swedish soccer. The match will be live streamed through IMG TV for free.
The Black-and-Red previously faced the United States Under-17 National Team and the Philadelphia Union in the first half of preseason. The match represents the final chance for players to impress Ben Olsen and the rest of the coaching staff ahead of the team's return to Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Feb. 9. As the final home opener at RFK Stadium edges nearer every day (March 4 against Sporting Kansas City), Olsen and co. will look for players to gain fitness and form.
