United, MLS WORKS, Allstate and Univision are once again joining forces to provide opportunities for underserved Hispanic youth in MLS markets.
Through the Every Save Makes a Difference program, a donation of $500 will be made for every save recorded during D.C. United's Univision-broadcasted matches. The donations will be used to purchase soccer equipment for Hispanic facing community-based organizations affiliated with each competing MLS club.
During United’s rivalry matchup against the Philadelphia Union on Saturday, April 28, United will donate its proceeds to DC SCORES, the Black-and-Red's charitable partner that combines soccer, poetry and service-learning for 2,500 underserved youth in Washington, D.C.
