Steve Clark has been nominated for MLS' Save of the Week thanks to his penalty-kick stop against the New York Red Bulls' Gonzalo Verón.
The Red Bulls were awarded a penalty kick for a United handball in the box, and Verón stepped up to the spot. Clark was ready, though, knowing Verón likes to strike with his right and across his body. Clark got a good jump on the ball and extended to save Verón's shot and keep United in the match.
