D.C. United defender Steve Birnbaum is set to compete in the latest edition of this year's What'Cha Got series presented by Continental Tire on FS1 Sunday, August 14. The competition pits numerous MLS athletes against each other in a closed-circuit autocross course in their attempt to win an Audi R8 for a year.
Birnbaum needs to beat New York Red Bulls goalkeeper Luis Robles to go to the top of the leaderboard for the Eastern Conference. See the full lineup of participating players below, and be sure to tune in to FS1 Sunday night during halftime of the match between the Seattle Sounders and Real Salt Lake at 7 PM. Teammate Chris Korb is set to compete later this season.
