It has been a fantastic trip and our boys have benefited from the experience in many ways. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Mexico City, our players & staff were well taken care of. There were many highlights during the weeklong trip including watching a CONCACAF Champions League match in Azteca Stadium, touring the stadium, interacting with our international competition in the hotel and eating at a traditional Mexican restaurant!
All these experiences provided lasting memories and allowed our players to bond throughout the course of the week. We are returning to the USA stronger than when we left and we look forward to getting into our competitive schedule in the coming weeks. A big thank you must be said for Capital MX (Event Organizers + Logistics), ScotiaBank (Sponsors) and CONCACAF for executing such a great tournament. It was truly something the players will never forget!
