Vibrant Music, Food, Drink, and Art Festival to be Hosted at Downtown Washington, D.C. Stadium
WASHINGTON (September 15, 2022) – Audi Field will welcome Unite the District Fest (UTD Fest) back to the downtown Washington, D.C. stadium on October 7th, 8th, and 9th. The vibrant music, food, drink, and art festival will feature dozens of the city’s best musicians, artists, restaurants, breweries, and more.
The festival will be span three days with tickets sold for each day individually. Session one will be Friday, October 7th from 7pm – 10pm with VIP Happy Hour and Chef’s Tasting access available from 6pm - 7pm. Session two will take place on Saturday, October 8 from 6pm – 9pm with VIP access beginning at 5pm. The final day of UTD Fest will be D.C. United’s season finale match against FC Cincinnati with the pre-match Party At The Pitch starting at 11:30am and the match kicking off at 2:30pm.
“Unite the District Fest was a huge success in 2019 and we are extremely excited to welcome the festival back to Audi Field this October,” said D.C. United President of Business Operations, Danita Johnson. “The Nation’s Capital boasts one of the best food scenes in the country and is rich with talented artists and musicians. It’s wonderful to be able to provide a platform for our community to experience many of their favorites in one place, while also trying and exploring new art, cuisine, and beverages.”
General Admission tickets are just $45 per person. VIP Tickets start at $90. VIP Guests will receive access to special VIP area and an exclusive tasting with Audi Field Executive Chef, Jalal Bellekat. All tickets provide full-access to all-inclusive food and drink sampling along with a commemorative sampling cup. Guests will also be able to add a Sip and Paint experience with Cary Michael Robinson of Artbae or a Hibachi experience to their ticket for an additional $30. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the D.C. United Foundation and DC SCORES.
Unite the District Fest will feature several of Washington, D.C.’s best restaurants, breweries, and wineries, including HipCityVeg, City State Brewery, and Stellina Pizzeria. The festival will feature musical performances by Sugar Bear and EU, New Impressionz, Justin Trawick and The Common Good and HR and Human Rights. There will also be special guest DJ sets by Little Bacon Bear and DJ Money and an art and poetry showcase with Charity Blackwell, Director of Poetry Events at Busboys & Poets and Sr. Advisor of Arts and Culture at DC SCORES. Additionally, former D.C. United Head Coach and Midfielder Ben Olsen will showcase his latest art exhibit.
