After the announcement in February that D.C. United U23 would compete in the National Premier Soccer League, interest in the newly developed team has been high. Three initial tryout dates were announced just last month, but have already filled up. In an effort to find the best available talent, D.C. United and partner club Federal City FC have announced the addition of a fourth tryout date to be held on May 10 at the RFK auxiliary turf field.
Try-out dates and information:
- April 19 - 3:00pm-4:30pm at RFK auxiliary turf field - Full
- April 26 - 3:00pm-4:30pm at RFK auxiliary turf field - Full
- May 3 - 3:00pm-4:30pm at RFK auxiliary turf field - Full
- May 10 - 3:00-4:30 at RFK auxiliary turf field - REGISTER
- Only sixty players will compete per try-out date.
- To secure your spot, complete the registration form, waiver and $45 fee (no exceptions).
Program Description: D.C. United’s U23 NPSL team will feature top collegiate, international and domestic players. Led by D.C United legend Jaime Moreno, the team will work and learn from one of the most accomplished players in MLS history. Moreno will be assisted by D.C. United’s U18 Academy Head Coach, Nolan Sheldon and U16 Academy Head Coach, Tom Torres.
